Issue notice to the respondents. 3. Learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 3. 4. Learned Advocate Mr. Agrawal appears on a caveat and waives notice for respondent No. 8. 5. The challenge to the present petition is to the order dated 10.08.2026, wherein stay to the impugned order of the Sub-Divisional Officer as well as Additional Commissioner is granted. I have perused the impugned order and have also heard the learned Counsel for the respective parties. The only reason in the impugned order, as can be seen therefrom, is that since a revision is filed within limitation, stay has been granted. It is a specific contention of the learned Counsel for the petitioner that he had already (2) 18 wp 6361-2026 filed a caveat, but instead of serving him a copy and hearing him, he being a caveator, the stay has been granted on sole premise that the revision is within limitation. 6. Mr. Gandhi, learned Counsel for the petitioner, in his usual fair-mindedness, submits that the petition can be disposed with a direction to the Additional Commissioner, i.e. respondent No. 1, to decide the revision expeditiously, after hearing all the parties. In that view of the matter, following order is passed: ORDER i) The Additional Commissioner, i.e. respondent No. 1, is directed to decide the revision application No. 538/ RTS-59/Mehkar/2026 as expeditiously as possible and earlier to 30.09.2026. ii) Needless to mention that the Additional Commissioner would grant ample opportunity to the parties of hearing, and they all are at liberty to place some other material on record, except for the material before the lower authorities. 7.
