The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioners has given a representation dated 07.04.2026 for conducting an election through secret ballot and so as to continue as a President / Muthuvalli of Masjid E- Mubarak till the secret ballot election is conducted. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition is filed. 3. In reply, the learned counsel appearing for the official respondents would submit that the petitioner’s representation dated 07.04.2026 will be disposed of by the 2nd respondent within a period of twelve weeks. 4.
