This petition is filed to quash the complaint and FIR in Crime No.290/2026 registered by Kadur Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 352, 115(2), 118(1), 109(1), 351(2) and 190 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit one of the petitioners had filed a complaint relating to the same incident and in fact the petitioners are the victims and the respondent No.2 is the accused. However, crime is wrongly registered against the petitioners merely because the first complaint is filed by the second respondent. 4. The Court has gone through the contents of the complaint. 5. The matter requires investigation to find out the truth. Whether the petitioners are victims or the assailants has to be ascertained at the time of investigation.
