Learned counsel for the revision petitioner has filed a memo dated 27.07.2026 that, he has already deposited the fine amount of Rs.10,000/- before the trial Court on 22.07.2026 along with copy of the receipt. Digitally Signed By:

3. The order passed in C.C.No.1732/2019 is, accused is sentenced to pay a fine of Rs.5,20,000/- out of which Rs.5,10,000/- shall be payable to the complainant and Rs.10,000/- shall be the State expenses. Now as per the order dated 13.07.2026, the entire fine amount is paid by the complainant.
4. In view of payment, complainant is permitted to withdraw the amount in deposit before the trial Court i.e., Rs.1,56,000/- dated 09.08.2023, Rs.1,04,000/- on 14.05.2025 and already respondent had received the Demand Draft for Rs.2,50,000/-.
5. Thus, the amount payable to the complainant is already paid and deposited and even fine amount is also deposited, as per receipt dated 22.07.2026.
6. Respondent-complainant is permitted to withdraw the amount in deposit before the trial Court, as the accused has undergone the sentence as ordered in Digitally Signed By:
