The instant contempt case has been filed for alleged non-compliance of the order dated 15.06.2023 passed in W.P.(PIL) No. 1291 of 2020. 2. This Court while hearing the petitioner has passed an order on 24.02.2026 by calling upon the report from the Secretary, DLSA, Dhanbad to submit a report after conducting an enquiry. A report has been submitted which is available in Flag Z. We have gone through the said report and found that the hospital has been found to be in the arranged manner. 3. Mr. A. K. Das, learned counsel appearing for the BCCL has submitted that all endeavour will be taken in future also to maintain the sanctity of the hospital so that there may not be mishappening for want of the basic amenities in the hospital. 2026:JHHC:8412-DB 2 4.
