Considering the jail remarks, it appears that the applicant was released recently from 01.05.2026 to 21.05.2026 and the fact that initially also when the applicant was released on parole leave the matter was not settled. Today also when this Court had inquired with the learned advocate that what is the amount that is to be paid paid as per the order of maintenance, learned advocate was not able to state that what is the amount that has to be paid for settlement.
