Learned Commercial Court has given its reasons as to why it was unable to take up the matter on the date fixed. In such view of the matter, this Court is unable to find any illegality or material irregularity in the order impugned. 3. Section 34 application has already been fixed for hearing on May 2, 2026. 2 4. The respective parties shall be free to make appropriate submissions before the learned Commercial Court on the date fixed or whenever the matter will be taken up by the Commercial Court. 5.
