The present writ petition is filed Court seeking following relief : " WHEREFORE, it is humbly prays that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue Writ of Certiorari by quashing ANNEXURE- R letter bearing no.TAHSNG-ADM0CAST/05/2026 E-1157887 dated 01-09-2026 signed on 07-09-2026 issued by the Respondent No.1 to the Petitioner for production of Original Caste Certificate within 5 days to cancel the Caste Certificate of the Petitioner and pass appropriate orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the interest of justice and equity." 2. It is the case of the petitioner that he belongs to the Bhovi caste and on the basis of the said reservation, the petitioner has claimed various benefits and also carried out various activities. 3. That various complaints have been filed against the petitioner questioning the caste certificate issued in his favour. However, the same has not yielded any result against the petitioner. 4. That based on the complaint dated 25.01.2021 (Annexure-K, to the writ petition), the concerned authorities without issuing any notice, cancelled the aforesaid caste certificate of the petitioner on 19.12.2025, which was communicated to the petitioner on 24.02.2026. 5. Being aggrieved, the petitioner for interims relief has filed an appeal before the respondent No.2-Commissioner, which is pending consideration. The request of the petitioner for interim relief has also not been considered by the appellate authority. 6. During the pendency of the said appeal, the respondent No.1 has issued the impugned letter dated 01.09.2026 (Annexure R to the writ petition) (signed on 07.09.2026), requiring petitioner to produce the original caste certificate within five days. Having regard to the fact that the appeal of the petitioner is pending consideration, the question of respondent No.1 issuing the impugned notice dated 01.09.2026, does not arise. 8. In view of the same, the said impugned communication bearing No.TAHSNG-ADM0CAST/05/2026 E-1157887, dated 01.09.2026 (Annexure-R to the Writ Petition) shall be kept in abeyance and no precipitative action shall be taken until adjudication of the appeal filed by the petitioner before the respondent No.2. 9. Writ petition is partly allowed in the aforementioned terms. 10. In view of disposal of the main petition pending interlocutory application does not survive for consideration and is accordingly, disposed of. (C.M.
