Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pending the Writ Petition, the respondents issued proceedings for implementation of minimum time scale in respect of the petitioners as per the plea of the petitioners. As far as regularization is concerned the same should be considered in accordance with law. In view issuance of the proceedings for minimum time scale, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition. 8 4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to pay the minimum time scale as per the entitlement of the petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs.
