And The petitioner further prays for issuance of marks obtained by the candidates who have appointed by the respondent authority in the 2026:JHHC:5301 2 category of general and E.B.C.I. And The petitioner further prays that if the petitioner is entitled to get appointment on the post of Revenue Inspector in the category of general of E.B.C.I then the direction may be issued against the respondent authorities to appoint the petitioner on the post of Revenue Inspector in general or E.B.C.I category.” 2. Heard learned counsel representing the petitioner and learned counsel representing the respondents. 3. It is the case of the petitioner that in spite of document verification, the petitioner has not been appointed. 4. The Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC), has filed a counter affidavit which was also served to the petitioner. In the said counter affidavit, at para-20, it has been mentioned that the petitioner has secured 646 marks in her category i.e. EBC-I, whereas the last person appointed on the post of Revenue Inspector in the same category has obtained 654 marks, which is more than the petitioner. 5. Since the petitioner has obtained lesser marks than the last selected candidate, no relief can be granted to this petitioner. 6. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed.
