JUSTICE D K SINGH) The present contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the judgment and order dated 12.07.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.17774/2021 (BDA) instituted by the complainant herein. 2. Sri Murugesh V. Charati, learned counsel appearing for the contemnor/BDA has filed the affidavit of compliance dated 13.08.2026 wherein it is stated that out of the four sites that are to be given to the complainant, three clear sites are available for which the complainant is required to comply the basic procedure of furnishing the requisite stamp papers/documents and on completion of the basic procedural formalities BDA shall execute and register the requisite sale deeds/lease-cum-sale deeds in favour of the complainant within - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010332662023 NC: 2026:KHC:49380-DB CCC No. 627 of 2023 a period of six weeks from today. In respect of the fourth site, there is litigation pending, the learned counsel for the complainant submits that they will await the outcome of the litigation and if that site becomes litigation free, the BDA should execute sale deeds/lease-cum-sale deeds in favour of the complainant. 4. Sri Murugesh V. Charati, learned counsel submits that if the said site becomes litigation free, that site also will be conveyed to the complainant. 5. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the contemnor/BDA, nothing survives in this contempt petition. Accordingly the contempt petition is dropped.
