This petition is filed challenging the order of suspension of sentence dated 17.06.2026 in Criminal Appeal No. 208/2026 referred to above which directed the petitioner to deposit 20% of the cheque amount awarded by the Trial Court. 3. It is submitted that initially the petitioner deposited 10%. Now he has deposited balance 10%. Since the 20% was not deposited earlier, the order suspending the sentence granted earlier was vacated. 4. Since it is submitted that, 20% of the amount is deposited, the order suspending the sentence granted earlier is restored.
