The affidavit-of-service filed in Court today is taken on record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed, seeking for a direction upon the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) Tribunal to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner bearing EPIC number UHI2168300 within a specified time frame. 3. Ms. Pandey, learned advocate appearing for the Election Commission of India submits that there are large number of appeals pending before the Tribunal and the appeals are being disposed of by the Tribunal on day to day basis. 4. Having heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and taking note of the fact that the appeal is pending before the 2 Tribunal for a considerable period of time, the writ petition is disposed of by requesting the Tribunal to take up the hearing of the appeal filed by the petitioner and make an endeavour to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within 3 months from the date of communication of this order. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not entered into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in the said appeal, all points are left open to be decided by the Appellate Tribunal in accordance with law. 6. With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. 7. There shall be no order as to costs. 8.
