(b) For issuance a writ of mandamus to the State Government and the concerned Kanke Anchal Officer, Ranchi, so that after completion of demarcation and 2026:JHHC:2459 2 W.P.(C) No.405 of 2026 measurement of the land of his share, the process of mutation in his name may also be completed within one month.” 2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to work out his remedy in accordance with law. 3.
