The petitioner has filed this petition with following prayer: It is therefore most humbly prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be kind enough to call for the case diary of Crime No.307/2020 from the Respondent no.1/ PS Ratanpur, District Bilaspur (C.G.), registered for commission of offence u/s 294, 506 IPC, and looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the charge-sheet filed on 10.07.2020 (Annexure P/1), the FIR dated 04.05.2020 (Annexure P/2) and consequential proceedings, in the interest of justice. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has become infructuous as the matter has been settled in Lok Adalat vide order dated 14/03/2026 passed in Criminal Case No.805/2020. 4.
