Case No. 213 of 2024 (Divakar Vs Geeta) filed by the petitioner under order 9 rule 9 C.P.C which is pending in his court seeking the recall of order dated 25.09.2024 of the Case no. 854 of 2022 (Divakar Vs Geeta). 4. Since the above-mentioned case is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the learned Additional Principal Judge Family Court Jaunpur to expedite the hearing and to decide the proceeding Misc. Case No. 213 of 2024 (Divakar Vs Geeta) filed by the petitioner under order 9 rule 9 C.P.C which is pending in his court seeking the recall of order dated 25.09.2024 of the Case no. 854 of 2022 (Divakar Vs Geeta), in accordance with law, expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournment provided there is no other legal impediment.
