In this petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the representations dated 22nd January, 2026 (Annexure-E), 08th April, 2026 (Annexure- F) and 03rd July, 2026 (Annexure-G) for removing the names of respondents 5 to 9 from column No.12 of the RTC in respect of Survey Nos.1 to 9, 11, and 13 to 15 of Gavipalya Village, Dasanapura Hobli, Bengaluru North Taluk and enter the name of Sri Tapasvi Muni Anjaneyaswamy Devaru. 3. Heard Sri. Subramani M., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. Aditya Diwakara, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 4. 4. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the averments made in the writ petition, I am of the view that the respondents 2 and 3 shall consider the representations of the petitioner for change of - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010576762026 NC: 2026:KHC:48641 WP NO.26501 OF 2026 entries in the RTC Extracts pertaining to the subject land. Therefore, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the representations dated 22nd January, 2026 (Annexure-E), 08th April, 2026 (Annexure-F) and 03rd July, 2026 (Annexure-G) for entering the name of the petitioner in the Column No.12 of the RTC extracts in respect of the subject land, after verifying the original records, within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
