Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the alleged contemnor produced an order of the Government of West Bengal, Judicial Department being Order No. 187-JL/JD/L/16M-06/2026 dated, Kolkata the 11th August, 2026. 2. Upon perusal, it appears that Dipu@ Joydev @ Joydip Roy, who was sentenced to imprisonment for life u/s. 302 of I.P.C. has been released in view of the order dated 26.9.2025 passed in WPA 22782 of 2025. In consonance to the compliance of the said order he has no further grievance. 3. In view of the complete compliance of the direction of this Court and the subsequent release of the petitioner, the rule issued in these proceedings stands discharged. 4.
