From the ordersheets appended to this application this Court finds that 6th August, 2026 was fixed for hearing of the petition dated 16th February, 2026. The learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the hearing of the petition dated 16th February, 2026 has been fixed sometimes in the month of October, 2026. After disposal of the said application and any other interlocutory application that may be pending the learned judge of the appellate court shall make an endeavour to dispose of the title appeal expeditiously. There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
