Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri Ambrish Shukla, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents, Shri Ishan Deo Giri, learned counsel for the respondent - Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) and Shri Dinesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for respondent - National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). 2. The instant writ petition has been filed praying inter alia for the following relief: "I. Issue a Writ, order or direction in nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the respondents to insure the payment of compensation of the acquire land i.e. Khasra/Gata no.-67, Area-0.2165 hec. situated at Village Bichpuri, Kajrauthi, Pargana- Sadabad, Tehsil-Sadabad, District- Hathras at earliest, as expeditiously as possible preferably with in stipulated time period. II.Issue a Writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding and directing the respondent no. 4 to decide the representation dated 10.12.2025 for the payment of compensation along with the interest on the date of payment. Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Manoj Kumar Singh, Nitish Kumar Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Dinesh Kumar Singh, Ishan Deo Giri Vinod Kumar And 4 Others .....Petitioner(s) State Of Uttar Pradesh And 4 Others .....Respondent(s) III. issue any other suitable writ, order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the present facts and circumstances of the case; and IV. Award costs of the writ petition to the petitioner." 3. In pith and substance, the petitioner is praying that his application/representation dated 10.12.2025 be considered and decided in accordance with law, by the respondent No.4 - District Magistrate, Hathras. 4. Learned counsels for the respondents have no objection to the aforesaid request made by learned counsel for the petitioners regarding expeditious disposal of the petitioners' representation. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the relief prayed for, without adverting to the merits of the case, and with the consent of the parties, we dispose of with a direction to the respondent No.4 to consider the aforesaid application/ representation of the petitioners and pass appropriate order, strictly in accordance with law, within six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, but certainly after giving audience to all the stake holders in the matter.
