Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed the memo for withdrawal which reads as under:
“Petitioner has challenged the registration of FIR in Crime No.137/2023 of Sakarayapatna P.S. Petitioner intends to withdraw the above petition with liberty to re-approach this Court in the event the final report would go against the petitioner. It is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble Court be pleased to permit the petitioner to withdraw the above petition with liberty to reapproach this Hon’ble Court in the event of the final report going against petitioner, in the interest of justice.”
2. Placing the memo in record, petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
