The petitioners have sought for issuance of writ of mandamus to direct respondent no.3 to consider the representations at Annexure-F and G. 3. In terms of the said representations, the petitioner submits that though properties of the petitioners in Sy.No.122 of Konaghatta Village, Kasaba Hobli, Doddaballapura Taluk, Bengaluru Rural District, has been acquired and possession taken, however no compensation has been paid. 4. Apart from the representation at Annexure-F, the petitioners have also made another representation at Annexure-G to the same effect insofar as Sy.No.122 measuring 1 Acre 15 Guntas. 5. Sri.H.L.Pradeep Kumar appearing on behalf of the respondent-KIADB submits that representations at Annexure-F and G would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed in accordance with law in terms of - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:21177 WP No. 7538 of 2026 legal entitlement of the petitioners within three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order. 6. Recording such undertaking of the learned counsel for the respondent-KIADB, the petition is disposed of. All contentions on merits are kept open. 7.
