In response, learned A.G.P. has tendered across the bar decision taken by the Deputy Director of Education, Amravati Division, Amravati. It is taken on record. Copy of the said decision has been served upon the other side. 3. As such, the decision is against the petitioners, however, he has a remedy to challenge the same.
