State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail and has drawn the attention of the court to the statement of the neighbours. However, apart from the statement of the defacto- complainant, prima facie, I find the the complicity of the present petitioner in the present offence is for abetment in commission of suicide of the lady. 2 Having considered the same, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the present petitioner. Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is Rejected. Accordingly, CRM (A) 2955 of 2026 is dismissed.
