Heard the parties. 2. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the Circle Officer, Nagri is not adhering to the order passed by the Land Reforms Deputy Collector, Ranchi whereby Land Reforms Deputy Collector has directed to incorporate the details of the petitioner in the land records by making necessary corrections. 3. Considering the nature of the grievance, as this Court cannot be said to be the Executing Court of the order passed by Land Reforms Deputy Collector, I direct the petitioner to approach the Deputy Commissioner, Ranchi for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner. The Deputy Commissioner will consider the representation of the petitioner and if it is found that the order passed by Land Reforms Deputy Collector, Ranchi has attained finality and Circle Officer, Nagri is not adhering to the said order, he will take appropriate action including disciplinary action against Circle Officer, Nagri. The petitioner shall file representation before the Deputy Commissioner, Ranchi within three weeks annexing all documents and orders passed and Deputy Commissioner is directed to consider the same and pass an appropriate order within four weeks thereafter. 2026:JHHC:8305 2 4.
