Despite communication of the order dated August 21, 2026 passed by this Court upon the Khardah Municipality, none appears for the Khardah Municipality when the matter is called on for hearing today. 3. In the circumstances, I direct the authorities of Khardah Municipality to consider and dispose of the representation with regard to unauthorised construction dated August 18, 2025 being Annexure- P-17 to the writ petition upon hearing the writ petitioner as well as the private respondent(s) and other concerned parties, if any, within a period of four weeks from this date. 4. Till the disposal of the representation as directed above, there shall be no further construction as mentioned in the representation. 5. WPA 25958 of 2025 is disposed of. 6.
