We have heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Additional Advocate General for Respondent nos.1, 2, 3 and 4. 2. We are informed that on the complaint of the Petitioner, investigation has commenced and a notice under Section 94 of the BNSS was issued to the complainant calling upon the complainant to provide supporting documents. The Cyber Cell of DRO CD has also asked for the details about the URL used by the accused persons. 3. The learned advocate for the Petitioner has some issues as regards the notice having been served upon the Petitioner. However, he submits that if a particular date is informed to the Petitioner, he will appear before Narkeldanga Police Station with reference to case no. 350/26 underSection196(1)/299/302/353(1)(b)/353(2)/ 356(2)/61 of the BNS and tender supporting documents to the concerned investigating officer. 4. By consent of the Petitioner, it is recorded that the Petitioner would appear before the said police station on 16.09.2026 at 12’O noon and produce the materials on which the Petitioner desires to place reliance upon. 5. Needless to state, after such appearance and tendering of documents, the concerned police station will initiate appropriate steps as per the procedure laid down in law. The Petitioner agrees to render fullest cooperation in the investigation. 6. The learned Additional Advocate General submits that the investigation would be conducted expeditiously subject to fullest cooperation of the Petitioner. 7.
