Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that against the
order dated 19.10.2023/20.10.2023 passed under Section 91 of
[2026:RJ-JP:8603] (2 of 2) [CW-10531/2024] the Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956, appeal lies before the appellate authority. Taking note of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of with the liberty to the petitioners to file an appeal before the appellate authority within a period of fifteen days from today. In the event of any appeal being filed within a period of fifteen days from today, the learned appellate authority is directed to decide the same within a period of three months from the date of filing of the appeal, strictly in accordance with law, by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties. It is also directed that as an interim order was passed by this Court on 27.06.2024, the said protection to the petitioner would continue till disposal of the appeal by the appellate authority and for further ten days thereafter. With the abovementioned directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
