The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Keredari P.S. Case No.98 of 2025, for offence registered under section 103(1), 3(5) of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Hazaribagh. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and false allegations are made against the petitioner of assault and on this ground, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be granted. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that there is direct allegations against the petitioner of assault and pursuant to that, the death has occurred. 5. Looking to the contents of the FIR, it appears that there is direct allegation of assault against the petitioner and pursuant to that, the deceased has died, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, and accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is hereby dismissed.
