ORAL ORDER
The learned Additional Government Advocate accepts notice for the respondent Nos. 1 to 4.
2. In this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 15.04.2025 passed by respondent No.2-Deputy Commissioner at Annexure-M and the order dated 07.02.2024 passed by respondent No.3-Assistant Commissioner at Annexure-L inter alia, sought a direction to respondent No.4-Tahasildar to enter the name of the petitioner in the revenue records.
3. Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.
4. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and upon careful consideration of the impugned orders, it is evident that the petitioner is claiming right over the property on the basis of a

partition deed, under which a claim is made in respect of 20 guntas of land.
5. Both the authorities have recorded a finding that the petitioner has not produced the partition deed stated to have been executed between the petitioner and his brother.
6. In view of the same, this Court finds that no interference is called for in the present writ petition. However, it is open to the petitioner to establish his right, title and interest over the property in question in a manner known to law.
