Hence, the second appeal was filed before the third respondent in S.A.No.8184/D/2025 on 21.05.2026 and the same is pending till date. Hence, this writ petition. 4. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the third respondent to dispose of the second appeal filed by the petitioner in S.A.No.8184/D/2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. 6. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of.
