Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners prays for bail. It has been pointed out on behalf of the State that all the witnesses have been examined and evidence of Investigating Officer is left to be examined. Having considered the advanced stage of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioners on bail as the subject-matter of the present case involves recovery of more than 52 kgs. of Ganja. As such, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected. The application for bail, being CRM (NDPS) 1921 of 2026, is, thus, dismissed.
