Petitioner has filed this petition with following reliefs: “A. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the First Information Report bearing no. 611 of 2022 registered by the Telibandha Police Station dated 20.9.2022 under Section 376(2)(n) & 377 of the Indian Penal Code, impugned Charge Sheet dated 17.11.2022, bearing its Challan (Charge-Sheet) No.- 608/2022, submitted for the offences made punishable under Sections -376(2)(n), 377 of the Indian Penal Code filed in connection to Crime No.-0611 of 2022, Under Sections-376 (2) (n), 377 of the Indian Penal Code, Police Station-Telibandha, District-Raipur and Order dated 18/11/2022 Passed in Criminal Case No.- 16438/2022, CNR NO.-CGRP020455202022, (State vs. Jatin Kumar Lakhmani) passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Raipur (contained herewith as ANNEXURE P/1(Colly) to this petition); B. Cost of the petition may also be awarded in favour of the petitioner; C. Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper, may also kindly be granted to the petitioner, in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the present case the trial has been concluded and the petitioner has been acquitted from the charges.
