For Petitioner :: Ms.S.Suneetha For Respondents :: Mr.G.Abraham Prabhu Government Advocate ORDER The petitioners have filed the present Sub Application seeking to reopen Contempt Petition No.2745 of 2022 on the ground that the order of this Court dated 02.11.2021 passed in W.P.No.22185 of 2021 has not yet been complied with by the respondents. 2. It is seen that the respondents have been seeking adjournments in the contempt proceedings on the ground that the order of this Court, which was affirmed by the Division Bench, is proposed to be challenged before the Hon’ble Supreme Court. However, as on date, there is no order of stay operating against the order of this Court. The respondents are therefore duly bound to comply with the same.
