When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri T.Sanjeeva Reddy, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue brought to the notice of this Court that there is no such incident that came to the notice of the authorities about the cutting down the trees as alleged in the petition. A Committee has been constituted to monitor this issue and they have been doing that. He would further submit that there is long standing disputes between the petitioner and one Sri M.Ravindra, President of Sri Rama Agnikula Kshtriya filed Labour Cooperative Society Limited. Therefore, this petition is filed by the petitioner objection to the cutting of the riped trees cultivated by the said M.Ravindra. 3. At this juncture, Sri T.S.N.Sudhakar, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. 4. Permission is accorded. 5 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
