Rohit Negi and Another, pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge/FTSC (POCSO), Dehradun, arising out of Case Crime No.99 of 2023, under Sections 376D, 323, 504 and 506 IPC, Police Station Cantt, District Dehradun. He has sought his release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused. 3. This is the second bail application. The first bail application, being BA1 No.1501 of 2024, was rejected on 18.12.2024. 4. Having considered, this Court does not see any new ground, which may entitle the applicant to bail.
