1. A copy of the judgment dated 15th July, 2024 filed in court today is taken on record

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the instant proceeding has been ended with acquittal by the Trial Court vide judgment dated 15th July, 2024 as such, instant Revisional application became infructuous.
3. Upon perusal of the said judgment, it appears that the accused persons were acquitted under Section 248(1) Cr.P.C, 1973 from the charge framed under Sections 498A/323 of IPC and their bail bond was discharged.
4. Considering the above backdrop, the present revisional application has become infructuous.
5. Accordingly, CRR 2309 OF 2023 is thus disposed of.
6. Consequently, the application, if any, is also thus
disposed of.
7. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
8. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned court below forthwith.
