1. The Petitioner has filed an Affidavit of service, which is taken on record.
2. We have heard the learned advocates for the Petitioner. We expressed our disinclination.
3. The learned advocate for the Petitioner desires to withdraw this Petition and pursue the contempt proceedings filed before the Central Administrative Tribunal.
4. In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off as withdrawn, on instructions.
5. Since, it is canvassed before us that the Contempt Petition has been filed in 2016, we direct the Tribunal list
the same for hearing within three weeks from today and decide the same expeditiously, preferably within four months thereafter.
6. We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.
7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
