No. 466 of 2001 on the file of the learned II Additional District Judge, Nellore. 2. Heard Sri Ch. C. Krishna Reddy, learned counsel for the appellant. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant is no more and that his legal representatives are not interested in prosecuting the matter. He therefore requests that the appeal be disposed of, as the legal representatives have not been brought on record. 3. In view of the above submission, the Motor Accident Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as abated. In the circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to costs.
