1. Affidavit-of-service filed today is kept on record.
2. The grievance of the writ petitioners is that the writ petitioners submitted an application with all necessary documents to obtain sanction in respect of a building plan relating to Holding No.415/2 in Ward No. 2 of Memari Municipality. Despite submission of such application and subsequent representation dated November 07, 2025 appearing at page-50 of the writ petition, the municipal authorities have not taken any steps with regard to the sanction of the building plan as yet.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the municipal authorities submitted that the writ petitioners have verbally been intimated about such defects which are required to be cured. However, there is no written communication to that effect.
4. In the circumstances, I direct the authorities of the Memari Municipality to complete the process of sanctioning the building plan in accordance with law
2 within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order in accordance with law. The writ petitioners shall take all necessary steps to cure the defects and submit the documents as required by the municipal authorities for the purpose of sanctioning the building plan in accordance with law.
5. WPA 27634 of 2025 is disposed of.
6. There will be no order as to costs.
7. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
