(b) Issue any other writ, order or direction as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of this case in the interest of justice and equity." 2. Heard Sri. Rakshith R., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Smt. Sowmya R., learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. 3. The petitioner is accused No.1, is alleged of the offence punishable under Sections 380 and 454 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. The issue being of three years old, I deem it appropriate to infuse finality by directing the concerned Court to conclude the proceedings, within an outer limit of six months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 5.
