This instant 2nd application for bail filed under Section 483 of BNSS by the applicant-accused Ramlal @ Rama S/o Madholal @ Madhonath in FIR No.125/2024 dated 29.04.2024 registered at P.S. Sangod District Kota Rural, whereby the applicant-accused was charged under Sections 341, 323, 34, 382 IPC and later on added Sections 394, 323, 341 and 34 IPC. 2. During course of arguments, it has been submitted that till date, five witnesses were examined by the prosecution, but the statement of injured victim has not been examined so far. 3. Learned counsel for applicant offers to withdraw instant bail application with liberty to file after recording statement of victim Ramchandri Bai. 4.
