At the time of call accommodation is prayed for on behalf of petitioner but same is refused having seen the case made out in the writ petition. 2. Respondent no.4 being the defacto complainant is represented by learned advocates. 3. It is submitted on behalf of respondent no.4 that Malipanchghora P.S. Case no.197/ 2025 dated 27th July, 2025 was initiated based on complaint lodged by respondent no.4. It is also submitted that petitioner as well as petitioner’s father both surrendered before the Court below and were subsequently, enlarged on bail but husband of the petitioner is still in custody. 4. It appears that petitioner being one of the accused persons in Malipanchghora P.S. Case no.197/ 2025 dated 27th July, 2025 is seeking direction upon the concerned police authorities not to harass her. 5. Acceding to the prayer made on behalf of petitioner, if police authority is directed not to take steps against petitioner, in that event, ongoing investigation in aforesaid criminal prosecution will be impacted and petitioner will take advantage of the order passed on this writ petition. Having found that petitioner is one [2] of the accused persons in aforesaid criminal prosecution, prayer made in this writ petition thereby directing concerned police authority not to take steps against the petitioner is not countenanced. 6. Hence, writ petition is disposed of. 7. However, it is made clear that concerned police authorities are at liberty to investigate Malipanchghora P.S. Case no.197/ 2025 dated 27th July, 2025 strictly, in accordance with law. 8. Parties to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
