Taking into account that the right to sue survives against the legal representatives of the respondent No. 4, this Court substitutes the opposite party Nos. 4(a), 4(b), and 4(c) of the instant application against the respondent No. 4 in the accompanying writ petition. They shall be arrayed as respondent Nos. 4.1, 4.2, and 4.3 respectively. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to file a fresh Memo of Parties before the Registry of this Court within 7 (seven) days and the Registry on the basis of the instant order as well as the fresh Memo of Parties shall make the necessary corrections in the cause title and update the same in the CIS. 4.
