Learned advocate representing applicant alleges violation of order dated 1st September, 2025 passed by this Court while disposing of connected writ petition. 2. However, on perusal of record, it appears that District Inspector of Schools (SE), Howrah has taken decision in terms of order dated 1st September, 2025 on representation preferred by applicant vide memo dated 10th November, 2025. It appears from submission made on behalf of applicant that applicant is not satisfied with contents of such decision. 3. Since decision is taken by District Inspector of Schools (SE), Howrah vide memo dated 10th November, 2025 contempt applicant is not maintainable. Hence, contempt application is dismissed. 4. However, this order shall not preclude applicant to take steps in accordance with law, if applicant is dissatisfied with memo dated 10th November, 2025. 5.
