Taking into account the order passed by this Court on 11.03.2026 in the accompanying writ petition, it is the opinion of this Court that the legal heirs of the petitioner's husband are required to be impleaded whose names appear as the Respondents in the instant application. Accordingly, they are arrayed as Respondent Nos.3, 4, 5, 6, & 7 to the accompanying writ petition. 3.
