By way of this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 0561/2024, dated 28.09.2024, lodged at Police Station Model Town, North West, Delhi, under Section 123, 303(2), 105, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 2. Mr. Yudhvir Singh Chauhan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, submits that the public witnesses are yet to be examined. 3. After some arguments, Mr. Sunder, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application, without prejudice to the applicant’s right to approach the learned Sessions Court at the appropriate stage. 4. Mr. Sunder further requests that the proceedings in this regard before the learned Sessions Court be expedited.
