Mr. Yudhvir Singh Chauhan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, submits that the public witnesses are yet to be examined. 3. After some arguments, Mr. Sunder, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application, without prejudice to the applicant’s right to approach the learned Sessions Court at the appropriate stage. 4. Mr. Sunder further requests that the proceedings in this regard before the learned Sessions Court be expedited.
