DATE : AUGUST 18, 2026 1) The rejection of the application seeking rejection of Exh.1, as not maintainable, filed by respondent Nos.1 to 8, has led the petitioner to approach this Court by filing the present writ petition. 2) Admittedly, the application for clarification is pending before the learned Deputy Charity Commissioner, Nagpur, seeking clarification of the order dated 20/02/2026. 3) In the circumstances, we are of the opinion that, since the application for clarification is still pending, the learned Deputy Charity Commissioner shall consider the objection raised by the petitioner regarding the maintainability of the application and, after recording reasons in respect thereof, decide the application in accordance with law.
