The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner along with other accused, were found in illegal possession of 590 kgs of ganja. Hence, the complaint. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioner was not involved in any of the offences and no recovery was effected from him, and the charge sheet has already been filed. Hence, he prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4. The learned Special Public Prosecutor for the respondent strongly opposed the application and submitted that the case involves narcotic substances and that if the petitioner is enlarged on bail, it may embolden him to indulge in similar activities. 5. Taking into consideration the seriousness of the allegations against the petitioner, this Court is of the firm view that the petitioner does not deserve the grant of anticipatory bail. If anticipatory bail is granted, it would jeopardize the prosecution case. 7.
