Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties on perusal of the averments made in the writ petition, it is forthcoming that the petitioner herein has made - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010619292026 NC: 2026:KHC:49586 WP No. 28246 of 2026 representations to the respondent No.2-Tahsildar seeking to conduct Durasth in respect of the land in question. On perusal of the Endorsement dated 30.04.2026 (Annexure-H) issued by the respondent No.2-Tahsildar, it is forthcoming that the application filed by the petitioner for conducting Durasth in respect of the land in question has been taken in accordance with new software (online) as per the circular issued by the Government in respect of Phodi and Durasth. In that view of the matter, the respondent No.2 is directed to consider the application of the petitioner in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
